I brewed this on Sunday, and have not had this happen before. Usually there is 2-3 inches of krausen on top- but this IPA has about 6 inches of foam. I brewed the same recipe last month and this didn't happen. Only difference instead of Citra I used falconers flight. Any thoughts?
