Hey people, recently there's been a bunch of threads resurfacing about Rogue's pacman yeast. Man folks including myself have harvested it and propagated but it just dawned on me that I don't really have an idea of what to expect from it. Is there a yeast profile out there for it? Has anyone here done a side by side with another yeast?

From my experience, it is a very clean fermenting strain, not much fruitiness, and does a very very nice job on attenutation (~80-85%). Clears well (moderate to high flocculation), and worked fine for me at about 65*F.
