Alright, I think a few may remember me asking about adding apples to my beer and different ways to go about it. I've had my beer in primary for 7 days now and I decided to check in on it and see how it was doing. The Krausen has settled nicely, and I can see where the foam was which is always reassuring. The hops have settled on the top and every thing is looking like it's coming along great. It still has a very distinct apple aroma to it so I'm very happy. I think I'm going to give it a few more days, and then move it into secondary with some more apples to help punch up the flavor a little more. Just wanted to say thanks again to everyone with all of your advice and tips from earlier!
