can someone explain to me what is does exactly... I mean I get it blocks the debris... Does it just sit inside my kettle... I have a 15.5 Keg
 
Not to split hairs exactly, but one just sold for $40 (with shipping) on here yesterday.. I'm on the fence as I will also have to modify it, but match that and you've got a deal!
