I placed an order Sunday night, had the syrup in hand today. There was a problem though, one of the pouches leaked inside the box. So I washed them all off and weighed them. One came up short, sure enough at 9oz, so I emailed their sales line and received a response in just a few minutes. They happily replaced the pouch. I had a shipment notification of the replacement pouch with in an hour of letting them know one had leaked. Awesome customer service!
