Don't know how many people remember me (not that I was anybody to pay attention too haha) but I've been out of brewing for too long due to life, schedule changes, returning to school, getting married etc etc etc. Anyways just wanted to say Hi again to everybody and start catching up on what I've missed and what's changed around here.
I still have all the meads planned that I did a year ago but I am getting really excited for Leap day and finally cracking one of my Leap Year Meads. My Habanero Serrano Capiscumel has been aging for a nice long time so hopefully the burn of it's crazy high alcohol has chilled down a bit.
