Any fermenter concern?

I searched and didn't see this question.

I have one and only one fermenter. I've been using it for barley based beers for years. Are there any concerns with using this to brew GF beer? I am doing my first GF batch today, for my nephew (who turns 21 in December) and niece.

Possibly worth noting - after my last batch, because it was becoming a bit discolored, I let my fermenter sit over night filled with water and a quarter cup of bleach. If there is a potential issue, would this sufficient to mitigate or eliminate it?
 
No problems. The bleach may remove the stain, but I don't see that there is going to be any gluten sitting inside the bucket. The discoloration is just the stain of experience. (ooh, sounds poetic).
