This is probably a pretty basic question and has probably been asked lots of times... though I can't seem to find a straight answer.
My question is, how long do I need to let a keg sit at room temperature before taking it off C02 for storage? I have put the pressure up to the appropriate level per the charts, but I'm wondering how long I should leave it.
