I have the ability to condition at just about any temp for loooong periods of times I am wondering what is the best temp to do that in the keg?? Does an Ale benifit from cold conditioning like a Lager?
Whats the scoop
Cheers
JJ

I keep mine at about 62 degrees. But I only got one and will bump it up to about 66-67 come primary ferment usage. I keep wine bottles in there too..
