My name is Mike, hello everybody. I have brewed a couple of batches of hard apple cider which turned out very good.
My next goal is to brew some hefeweizen. Time to go searching for a beginners recipe!
 
Hello Mike, greetings and welcome to the obsession. Check out the recipe db - there's bound to be a good one in there.
 
We just brewed to ecellent batches of Hefe - My favorite is the German version- give us a shout for a recipe if you need to.- Jeff
