So yesterday was a pretty lousy brew day. Temps fluctuated ( need a new thermometer). Forget to set boil timer and then realized my chiller was not at my house. Awesome. So, I covered up the keggle, set it on cold concrete jn my garage and let in cool slowly. I did some reading about no chill brewing and it seemed as though it was a mixed bag of points of view. So, this morning I transferred to a carboy and pitched the yeast ( California lager) and this emerged
What is it? I shook the heck out of it when I pitched to hopefully get some o2 in there. Temps around 50 or so.
