I was planning on trying to make some, just wondering whats its shelf stability is. How do you go about storing it? Room Temp or fridge.

If by chance it turns solid in the container, mixing some boiling wort on it will melt it back down to a liquid form. If you put it in a glass jar, make sure you preheat the mason jar before adding the syrup (when you make it) and preheat the jar of hardened syrup before adding boiling wort.
