Hello,
Just want to say hi to the boards. I have been brewing since Nov 2010. I just entered my first competition last month with only a handful's of batches before. I made a porter which took a 1st place and a cherry wheat ale took a 2nd place. I am totally excited by everything homebrew. Right now I have a freshly bottled Spice brew which has vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger mix. Also tossed in some sweet potato in the boil. In primary I have my very first American Premium Lager which is due for secondary. I will post some of my brews in the recipe's section and hope to get some great feedback.
