Hiya Brewers,
I'm looking to do a extract recipe with Simcoe Hops. I had my first beer with Simcoe the other day and loved it.

From what I've seen so far the most common use is in IPA's but maybe in an Amber ale as well? Any help would be great...very happy to be starting in the brewing community!

I just brewed the Simcoe IPA from Midwest. It smelled great as I was making it. I still find myself sniffing at the airlock. Might try there.
