Temp Controllers for Lager Fridges

The external thermostats allow you to set temps that are above the working range of a fridge.

Each fridge is probably different, but the one in my kitchen has a max setting of 49*F (low is 38*F). 49*F is much too cold for ales and a little too cool for initial lager fermentation.
