Hello all. I have a cleaning question. I do soak the bottles in oxy after with a great rinse. On my buckets and tubes I have only run really really hot water right after every use followed by soaking everything in starsan. I have stayed away from soap due to the off flavor chance. Am I playing with fire here? I must run gallons through all the plastic and see no grud left behind.

Thanks

ps: Thanks Revy for the tip on the elbow in the bucket, it only leaves a very small amount when I bottle now with no tipping needed!

Oxi clean would be okay to soak in buckets in too. What I normally do is fill my bucket with oxi and warm water then pile in a bunch of my other equipment too. Its just a tiny bit more work, but it also helps insure more of my equipment is a little cleaner.
