I made an extra hoppy IPA. I don't shy away from ultra hoppiness, but this one is too much for me.
The problem is I've kegged it and it's been sitting in the fridge for a couple of weeks carbonating. I keep the fridge sub 40. I want to condition it for probably at least another month before attempting again.
Is there any problem with taking it from the cold and letting condition at room temp?
