I have some WLP570, WLP545, and an ounce of Falconer's Flight hop pellets and I'm looking to brew a 10 gallon batch split between these two yeasts with hop aromas that are profound in the Falconer's Flight hops (excited to try these). German Magnum as the bittering at 60 with the Falconer's split up as late addition aroma, 20,15,10,5. Single biab mash at 153F.

25 lbs. Belgian Pilsner
2 lbs. Flaked Wheat
2 lbs. Weyermann Abbey
4 lbs. Belgian soft blond candi sugar

9.6% abv

Whaddya think? Boozy, fruity, chewy, sweet, and warming?
