The last few years a friend and I have been planing a brewery and tasting room. Things are starting to actually get close so I figured I would post about it here, hopefully for advertising and answering any questions people have about doing this.
We have a 2BBL system from stout tanks and will be using plastic conical in a temperature controlled chamber. Yes, it has taken much longer and much more money than we planned on. Currently we are getting our electrical and plumbing work done, if all goes smooth we should be open in a couple more months.
