I have been drinking kombucha for years and love it. About several months ago I started bodybuilding exercises. On most days after a good workout my muscles are sore.
I notices that on days when I do a good workout and then drink kombucha I get sick to my stomach. Has anyone else experienced this? The only thing i can think of is that muscle building produces lactic acid and kombucha is acidic. But that's just a guess.
