1 1/4 belgian aromatic
1/4 crystal 120
OG - 1.063
mixture of magnum, centennial, and amarillo (mostly late hop additions), up to 55 IBU
that aromatic malt is bold stuff - I had never tasted wort like that before. I also think I made it a bit too hoppy. What did I make? I'm leaning towards brown IPA, but not sure.
