Can anyone here tell me how to edit the brewsheet in beersmith? Ijust started using it and I have been making my own checklist. There are a few things I would like to change and I can’t figure out? One is I will be adding half of my extract at flame out but on the brewsheet it has me adding it to the fermenter after I cool and add the wort.
 
I would just make a note of it in the bottom section. I looked and can't find a way to edit the brewsheet. Or after you print the brewsheet a good old pencil will work.:D
