Would this work???

I was thinking about brewing a blond ale for the summer, but wanted to add grains of paradise and some lemon zest. Would this blend ok do you think, or is there something better?

Not exactly sure what flavors are imparted from grains of paradise, I always wondered myself. It sounds like you are going for a sam adams summer ale. I would say if it is good enough for sam adams, then it should be good enough for your brew.

I would use each sparingly, probably along the lines of 1tsp GOP and 2 oz lemon zest. I too was researching blonde ales and I came accross those denominations in the recipe.
