Irish Red AHS partial mash kit. It tasted fanfriggintastic after 2 weeks in the secondary, color is perfect. I put one in a clear Samuel Smith bottle so I can admire it for the next 3 weeks.

Bottling wasn't nearly as big a pain as I had anticipated.

Belgian Pale Ale is now in the secondary.

I wish I could've been that patient...by three weeks I had consumed half of my first batch. But weeks 4-6 tasted oh-so-much-better! I've definitely learned that lesson.
