I have a Sherwood IPA in my FV, its been there for 9 days but i just cant get the little bugger down to the Magical 10.10 its states in the kit, infact it stubbonly sticking on 10.15 , should i try rousing the sediment and addint some yeast vit or should i just go ahead and barrel?
Thanks in advance

I'd give the carboy a swirl and see if it drops at all. If it's solid for a few days, barrel it.

Any chance you are taking hydro readings at a temp other than 60 deg? That could cause a .005 variation. 2-4 differences in OG/FG are common.

Do you really have a barrel? Or is that a Welsh thing for keg?

Its a welsh thing for keg:eek: will check my temps on next reading and give it a rousing if neccesary, thanks for the advice you :rockin:
