Full boil with brewers best kit.

Im using the brewers best red ale kit and it calls for a partial boil (2.5 gal). I would like to do a full boil but the recipe states that the IBU's will increase with more boil volume. Is there any way to account for this or should I just do the partial boil? I want the recipe to be accurate to the kit as possible.:ban:
 
If you do a full boil, you will get about 20% better hop efficiency, just withhold about 20% of the hops and make them a late addition (about 5 min boil)
