Hi,
I'm now making a batch of 5 gallons of grape wine.
I use a improvised recipe wich is:
10 lbs of grapes
6 Kg of sugar
and all usual stuff such camden and all.
I forgot to buy some lemon for citric acid, I don't know how much to use, I have some lemon juice in here. Can I use this instead? and how much?
