I have a batch of grain to make a Belgian Blonde. It was all crushed up at my LHBS and ready to go about 1 month ago... then I had a fire in the garage so that has delayed the brew.

It has been in a bag the whole time.

Am I still good to go on this ?

what type of bag/container is it in? I put mine in those space bags and chuck them in the freezer Honestly cant say I have noticed any off flavors even a few months later

I'd sya a month you're fine depending on how you stored it. I take mine out of teh paper bag they put it in and into tupperware containers. My porter was in containers for probably that long at least, Tastes great. But a chocolate porter covers more than a blonde will.

You should be ok. Brewer's Supply Group recommends using milled grains within 3 months of milling.
