Since my last post I have been fermenting everything I can get my hands on. It fermented a bit higher than I hoped (20% abv) but all in all very nice body and a taste like no other. It is dragon fruit and lychee sweetened with sugar cane.
Has anyone made anything similar?

Color is real nice, and no, haven't made anything quite that, ummmm...what's the word...experimental ...hopefully the abv doesn't overshadow the flavor, as it sounds interesting
