Carbination chart????

I am going to attempt my first kegging and I have been reading this forum intently and I keep hearing about this chart. I am doing a Oatmeal Stout and when I put it in the secondary I tasted it and it's maybe the best I have ever done. Thats why I want the carbination process to go well..

Any help would be great..
