Easiest thing to do is buy some carbonation tabs and use them in the bottles. With carb tabs you don't have to try to figure out how much sugar goes in each bottle.

So no need to use a secondary? Just throw some tabs in and be done?

The carb tabs are easier if you have them, but you could certainly add table sugar in a pinch. I'm not certain of the amount, about a tsp if I recall??? Try a search. Oh, trying to secondary a few bottles worth is kind of silly and not worth the effort IMO.

I put the extra in 1 and 2 liter PET bottles and force carb with a Carbonator cap.

Or, I make a REALLY bigger batch (8 gal) and fill a five gallon and three gallon cornie.

I just add my bottleing tip to my autosiphon when the keg is full and fill bottles. Add a Coopers carbonation tab to each bottle and cap em up.
