What is the ambiant temperature? For an ale, in my limited experiance, room temperature will work out just fine.

What kind of Ale is it? No point doing the primary in a fridge unless its a Kolsch or something. Room temperature is fine.

If you're worried about hi temps, set your fermenter in a tub of water and keep the water cool with some ice blocks.fa1321tx said:
