I have no secondary. So I'm going to do 3-3.
3 weeks in primary, 3 weeks in bottle.....
(even thought most say i only need 10 days)
Is this right?

For a basic ale...sure, that'll work. After 10 days in bottle, you'll have carbonation, but you need a full 3 weeks, at least, for it to be "ready". Before that, it will be noticably "green"...young, with a weird flavor that I can't describe.

Any details on the recipe?

I would say as a general rule that 10 days in the primary is sufficient for an ale. However, leaving the beer in the primary for 3 weeks (or longer) instead of using a secondary is just fine. 3 weeks in the bottle for carbonation/conditioning is a minimum, IMHO. Even after 3 weeks, the carbonation may be good, but the beer may still be green.
