Looking for some recipe critique help please.

This is my first recipe in a few years and I looking for some feedback. I'm looking for a smooth summer brew with lots of freshness and lite body. I decided to use a combo of recipes from the Zest Bomb https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f70/zest-bomb-citrus-wheat-pale-ale-264163/ and Blue Moon Clone https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f12/blue-moon-clone-65328/.

The recipe was made from items I had on hand and would like to use them up. Here is what I put together.

Recipe: Summer Citrus Wheat
Brewer: Sampler
Asst Brewer:
Style: Spice, Herb, or Vegetable Beer
TYPE: All Grain
Taste: (30.0) Adding fresh (3) Lemon,(3) Lime and (4) tangerines zest to the the last 5 mins of boil.

One pound of oats seems like a lot. I think it would make a thicker body than a summer citrus wheat beer needs.

The rest of the recipe looks good to me.

I kept the 1# of oak because this was used in my Blue Moon Close which came out perfect (IMO). This was part of the original recipe so I didn't think to change it. I may consider dropping it down to 3/4# and see what happens.
