So I'm making a berliner weisse, and put a lactobacillus culture in a couple days ahead of the yeast. Seeing this is kinda gross, but I know it is supposed to happen and will likely still taste excellent.
Currently there is some other dark spots floating in the other carboy, but I'm not the least bit worried.
