Trying to continue with doing some different things. This time an attempt at a Gose style. Loosely based off of DFH Goser the Goserian except I'm using acidulated malt instead of lactic acid.

1 lb 8 oz Wheat DME
1 lb 8 oz Pilsen DME
12 oz Flaked Oats
4 oz Acidulated Malt

.5 oz Vanguard Pellet Hops (60 min)

Wyeast 3333 German Wheat

.5 oz Coriander (5 min)
.5 oz Salt (5 min)
.125 oz Irish Moss (15 min)

OG 1.051 FG 1.014

Thoughts?

I am doing BIAB and will not get as good efficiency as when calculating the SG. I expect it to drop the expected ABV (4.9%) down closer to what I have been seeing for this style of beer.
