Sounds nice.
Having surly's version of Blakkr. Liking it a bit better than the Real Ale version I think.
Had some of my minorly infected IPA earlier. Gotta power thru them...
I thought the same.
Coffee ...
Sounds nice.

That all looks good
I agree. All three were good, but I thought FFF was the best, then Surly and then RA.

OK, even though this is the least cool thing in that picture, where did you get that siphon clip? That is pretty awesome.
Drinking coffee and getting pissed at myself. My autosiphon tubing had some nasties in it so I took it off and threw it away last week. I'm bottling tomorrow so stopped in at Lowes this morning to buy some more tubing...5/16". My ******* bought 5/16" OD, not 5/16" ID. It is so obviously too small [insert off color joke here] that I cannot believe how unobservant I am before my morning coffee.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who has done that. I was in a hurry one time and just grabbed a roll of tubing thinking it was right without paying closer attention.

I'm guilty as well.
Ridire, you can buy those siphon clips from northern brewer. http://home-brewing.northernbrewer.com/search?asug=&view=grid&w=Auto+siphon+clip
I suspected you could probably get them from the major online stores or even at the LHBS but it is something I never even thought of, so never looked. But it looks like it would make life a lot easier on bottling day...not that holding the siphon is that big of a deal for racking into the bottling bucket, but anything that allows me to multitask during bottling day is welcome.
But this Saison Brett was bottled with Brett B as far as I understood. All Boulevard smokestack are bottle conditioned. It is pasteurize (for quality) but new yeast is added to the bottle.
I should probably start a thread but I have lacto, it is sour already, so you're saying don't toss the Saison Brett in there? It has brett-b.Yea, it is bottle conditioned, but personally I'd go with something more sour, less funky. All depends on what flavors you want really. Saison-Brett just has Brett and no bacteria. You've already got the Lacto (probably) tho, so who knows.
I wouldnt have a clue what the actually stick was called. Everything Id had from acid has been good. Just a few others here and there I grab for poker. I really dont have clue what to look for at all
Are those fresh cherries? And what did you do to sanitize them?

I never use an auto syphon anymore. Just some vinyl tubing and a turkey baster to get it started. Simple and clean!
y'all are the wack. I loves my auto siphon.
And flavored sticks = bad. Plus they poison humidorsAcid = flavored sticks.
Just picked up a Rocky Patel.
