Brewery will be open all day and we have a ton of visitors coming by to play in the brewing games.

I love the GW Pale Ale malt. It's my go to base malt. I also keep some of the American 2-row as well, but for everything not yellow, British, German, or Belgian, it gets the Pale Ale malt.

ya me too actually. I will usually split the grain bill in half 2 row/pale ale malt. I used MO for a while and think the pale malt is as good if not better, and for 27 bones a bag. I can't beat it!
