As some may know, I am a cereal (not serial) brewer and do not use extract or other grains (and as some may call it the "grandpa's old way" or brewing). That being said, I am going to try a German Wheat soon or this fall. I am planning on using mini wheats and a little bit of sugar with yeast. Anybody curious?
