I would like to reuse the ale yeast that I just used for an Ale. Primary only and about to bottle. So, the question is - Can I rack it off then just pour a fresh new batch of wart right back into the same carboy and yeast? (First time use on this yeast.)
If no - So, I pour the yeast into a container, it seperates, I pour off the clear/top layer and left w/2 bottom layers. The yeast will be on top but how would one get the yeast off the sedimentary bottom?
Thanks
