I am curently fermenting my first homebrew. My Red Ale extract kit is on its 3rd day. My family has been making home made wine for a while, and i've always wanted to make my first batch of beer, and now i finally am. If anyone is from the bay area, or in portland/seatle/sac, is it just me or are Pyramid Ales quite tasty? Though their Hefewiezens don't bottle well, it sure does taste good out of the tap with all their awesome food. :mug:
