Homebrew store in Osage Beach

Hey all. I am doing my research and getting things together to open a homebrew supply and craft beer store in Osage Beach. I am tired of online ordering and having to drive a couple hours to the nearest quality LHBS. I kept saying someone should open one and SWMBO said why don't you do it yourself. Sounds good to me. What I would like from all of you is what you would like to see in a store, and if anyone knows the best distributors to use please let me know. I look forward to all of the input.
