Ok, I know I'm asking ALOT of questions in this forum this week, but heres another one.
I'm using a plastic (converted cooler) MLT with a stainless false bottom. No matter how careful I am, I know I'm putting small scratches in my MTL installing/removing the false bottom. I'm assuming it will be ok because everything in there will end up in the boil. Is this correct?
