What do you use to hold your grain while setting on your Escali scale?

I have considered mechanical scales or field type or bench type shipping digital scales to be able to weigh out 10 gallon batches with a large grain container.

What do use on your standard type digital and what is your method for working up to your total grain bill?

Just weigh your grain in 2 or 3 divisions. The Escali I have (seen below) maxes out at 11lbs. So when I factor in 10lbs of grain, plus the container, I'm over the max. If I split it up, the scale can handle it...

I use a large metal mixing bowl (a cheap one). It holds about 4 lbs safely without spilling. I also use it to scoop the grain out of the bags. After weighing, the grains go into a 5 gal bucket.
