"Hellaweizen" - Recipe critique

I've been reading for a while, but first time posting. So, hello! I'm going to brew my first real from scratch recipe which will be a weizen, hopefully slightly similar to Schneider, but not identical. I just wanted some opinion on my recipe. Am I using to much rice hulls, do i need more barley for enzymes to convert the wheat starch? I put the beersmith recipe in my Dropbox public folder, the html seems easier to read than copy and pasting in here.

For starters, 5lb of grain has to be way off.

Should be more?

I now see that it's a 3gal recipe.

5 gallon pot is limiting me.
