I've been reading for a while, but first time posting. So, hello! I'm going to brew my first real from scratch recipe which will be a weizen, hopefully slightly similar to Schneider, but not identical. I just wanted some opinion on my recipe. Am I using to much rice hulls, do i need more barley for enzymes to convert the wheat starch? I put the beersmith recipe in my Dropbox public folder, the html seems easier to read than copy and pasting in here.
