why cant i post a picture?

i have tried posting pics from online sources using the insert image for the picture (not the website but the actual picture). as well as uploading a picture and nothing works. I looked at the FAQ but it didnt help. what am i doing wrong?

okay got it to work. do some websites block their image from being linked to
