Warning- A few beers have passed my hands this evening.

Today... I learned never to name a beer recipe, until you have enjoyed its true presence.

I think I am going rename it Pumpkin Patch Snatch.

The aroma of pumpkin is instantly in your face!!! Tight head, beautiful color. As I gulp down the first swig I feel like my face is head first in the pumpkin snatch.
A sharp dryness approaches the front of my pallet, as subtle spice follows.
The finish is quick with a loud lingering pumpkin in the back of my throat.

I am pleased with the results, yet not what I expected. I think the beer will mellow nicely with age though, so we'll see.
