New Belgium's web site says they use honey malt as the base for their mighty arrow but everyone says don't use more than 20% or it will be too much. I tried this recipe but don't taste honey at all. Don't know if I should use more or mash higher. Didn't get enough of the citrusy aroma and flavor either. Need to try another hop schedule. Any recommendations would be appreciated.I'm not even close with this.
