First Batch In Secondary Tonight......

Yeah, I moved my first batch ever to secondary tonight. I'll let it hang out there for 2 weeks then bottle time.........

O.G. = 1.050ish
1st S.G. @ 10days = 1.018ish
2nd S.G. @ 16days = 1.015ish

Now in secondary. Currently I'm enjoying a 6oz sample from SG reading and still as happy as ever with the taste and how things are going on this first brew.

So I got an empty Primary.....So Time to get some a new kit to brew this weekend. Got to get the pipeline going.........

Kind of enjoying drinking from my beer from hydro test tube....Good call on who ever justed I get one. I wonder if I can get a glass one with a handle so I can put drink from it all the time.................

Oh and before anyone asks I went to secondary to do it the way it's been done for ever since that way has worked for so long. No reason to change it if it produces great beer.
