3 Wire RTD Question

No. See below.....
Look at the rightmost diagram. You would connect your 3 wire RTD to terminals 6, 7 and 8. The diagram shown is for a two wire RTD which you need the jumper for. For a 3 wire RTD you do not jump terminals 6 and 7.
